Market Access Assistant Legal

MFT Energy is seeking a motivated student employee to join our Market Access team, where you will be assisting with ensuring continuous market access for our trading teams worldwide. You will report directly to the Director of Market Access and be based in our Aarhus headquarters.
As a Market Access Assistant your primary responsibility will be to support the Market Access team in maintaining MFT Energy’s access to global markets. This includes assisting with contracts, licenses, and memberships as well as contributing to projects across the US, APAC, and European regions. You will play a key role in enabling our traders to enter new markets and maintain our presence in existing ones.
Your key tasks and responsibilities will include:- Assisting on market access projects through internal and external coordination
- Supporting the renewal of contracts, licenses, and memberships with authorities, exchanges, brokers, etc.
- Executing maintenance tasks for existing trading markets to ensure continuous trading operations
- Coordinating trader access to platforms, including brokers, exchanges, and clearing banks
We are looking for a student with a structured and proactive approach, who is eager to learn and contribute. You should be able to work independently while also collaborating closely with your team to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Ideally, you have at least 2 years left in your studies, which will allow for continuous learning and development within the role.
We imagine that you:- Are currently studying for a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Law, or similar)
- Have a keen eye for detail and excellent stakeholder management skills
- Are a strong communicator, both written and verbal, in English. Fluency in additional languages is a plus but not a must
- Are proactive, structured and solution-oriented
