Som Office Assistant får du din daglige gang på vores kontor i det centrale Aarhus, hvor du vil sørge for, at vores kontor er et skønt sted at være for os alle sammen. Hos Immeo får du en alsidig hverdag med en bred palette af opgaver, som du allerede fra start vil kunne sætte dit eget præg på.
Vi søger en kollega, der kan lide at være blandt mennesker, trives med rutineopgaver og har lyst til at få ansvar for en række forskelligartede opgaver af praktisk karakter. Det er derfor vigtigt, at du er punktlig, glad for hands-on-opgaver og har sans for detaljen.
Vi forestiller os, at du kan arbejde 18-22 timer om ugen fordelt på minimum 3 dage i løbet af ugen. Det vil endvidere være vigtigt, at timerne kan placeres i tidsrummet kl. 10-14.
- Diverse praktiske og administrative opgaver
- Varetage receptionen
- Klargøring og oprydning af frokost
- Klargøring og oprydning af morgenmad om fredagen og i forbindelse med onboarding af nye kolleger
- Holde køkkenerne pæne og sørge for forplejning, herunder fordele frugt og snacks m.m.
- Klargøre forplejning samt oprydning til kurser/afholdelse af møder eller lignende
- Bidrage med at lave små, sjove gimmicks, der skaber smil og god stemning på kontoret
