Our new Italian-inspired restaurant, Sazio , will be a fairly small, family-run restaurant where our guests can enjoy a delicious meal in a cozy and welcoming environment. We opened last summer in the meatpacking district, and we base our service on the ideal of having a familiar and neighborly space. Therefore, we hope you'll share our passion for giving our guests a memorable experience.

We are looking for a passionate chef to help us in our new team and create an unforgettable dining experience for our guests. The menu consists of a 7-serving sharing menu with Italian-inspired cuisine, as well as an á la carte menu. We focus on using good ingredients, making most of our recipes from scratch, choosing to buy Italian products, and partnering with local producers as often as we can. We thoroughly enjoy experimenting to come up with the best possible recipes.

Responsibilities:
  1. You have professional experience as a chef.
  2. You are efficient, level-headed, and able to maintain a good overview in the kitchen.
  3. You thrive as a team player and have a positive attitude.
  4. You are reliable, responsible, and respectful.
  5. You want to give our guests an unforgettable experience.
  6. You are passionate about good food (and wine).
