The role of a Student Assistant E-learning Content Developer is crucial in assisting us achieve this mission. By supporting our content development team, you will support create engaging, informative, and innovative content that directly impacts learning experiences and allows them succeed academically.

What will you be responsible for?

  1. Assist in developing interactive and engaging e-learning materials, including video lectures, quizzes, and multimedia presentations.
  2. Assist design and update course curricula to ensure alignment with educational standards and learning goals.
  3. Conduct thorough research to ensure content accuracy and relevance, keeping up to date with the latest educational trends and technologies.
  4. Work closely with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and other team members to create comprehensive and cohesive learning modules.
  5. Review and edit content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency, adhering to our quality standards.
  6. Provide assistance to students by responding to queries and offering guidance on course materials.

What do we value (our requirements)?

  1. Pursuing a degree in Education, Instructional Design, Multimedia Development, or a related field.
  2. Basic proficiency in e-learning development tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar software.
  3. Ability to contribute ideas for creating engaging and interactive content.
  4. Strong editing and proofreading skills to ensure high-quality, error-free content.
  5. Advanced written and verbal communication skills to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  6. Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Additional skills will be advantageous:

  1. Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
  2. Skills in video editing and production, including familiarity with software like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
  3. Experience with LMS (Learning Management System) platforms.
  4. Ability to analyze learning data and metrics to improve content effectiveness and student outcomes.
  5. Proficiency in at least one foreign language to enable create multilingual content.
