A position as academic employee in cryo-electron microscopy investigation of plant protein complexes is available at the Department of Molecular Biology and Genetics, University of Aarhus, Denmark.

The position is for a 3 year period starting December 1th 2024.
Job description
- You will be contributing to the developing cryo-electron microscopy of protein complex in plants.
- Introduce new users to cryo-EM sample preparation, data collection and data processing.
Your profile
- Expert knowledge in cryo-electron microscopy is required.
- Experience with protein purification, biophysical characterization and structural investigation.
- Strong ability to work in teams and contribute to collaborative projects.
- The applicant must have a relevant Ph.D. in structural biology or protein biochemistry.
