WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Mentor, coach, and grow the careers of team members within the Full-Stack Engineering Products, fostering an environment of continuous learning and development.
- Oversee performance evaluations of chapter members, focusing on career development and coaching.
- Ensure all members of the chapter have clear goals and professional development plans.
- Technical chapter expertise:
- Be comfortable to work with the following personas on a technical level: Front-End developers, Back-End Developers, Database Engineers, Software Architects, Cloud Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Agile Coaches/Scrum Masters, Subject Matter Experts, Business Analysts, Citizen Developers and other Global Chapter Leads (especially Product Management and Agile Chapter Lead).
- Algorithmic Engineering: Proficiency in developing and optimising algorithmic solutions, particularly in Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and other computational engineering methods. Understanding of engineering fields such as civil, structural, environmental, and transport.
- Scripting and Programming: Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, FORTRAN, MATLAB, or C++ for creating scripts and automating workflows in front-end and back-end disciplines.
- Software Integration: Experience with interfacing and integrating in-house tools with commercial engineering software (e.g., ANSYS, COMSOL) to ensure seamless functionality.
- DevOps: Knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, Azure Pipelines. Basic understanding of cloud computing services (Google Cloud, Azure) and containerisation for deploying and managing applications.
- Geospatial Information Systems (GIS): Skills in using ArcGIS and QGIS for spatial data analysis, mapping, and geospatial processing, integrating with other data sources and platforms.
- Collaboration with the business units & Pod involvement:
- Act as a liaison between the Full-Stack Engineering Products Chapter and various Pods, ensuring alignment with overall product and business objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to Pods by partnering with Product Owners (Pod Leads) to implement and optimise workflows that integrate seamlessly with the Pods’ objectives.
- Taking the role as Product Owner (Pod Lead) for non-business-related Pods.
- Facilitate the adoption of engineering applications in the markets by supporting citizen developers in Pods and knowledge networks (Guilds).
HOW YOU WILL SUCCEED IN YOUR ROLE
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying complex topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated servant leadership qualities, focusing on the growth and development of team members.
- Clear and proactive stakeholder management through regular follow-ups: managing expectations, gathering feedback and mediating conflicting priorities.
WHAT DEFINES US: CURIOSITY, OPTIMISM, AMBITION, EMPATHY
Our team at Ramboll Tech is currently on a steep growth trajectory while maintaining a strong team culture.
