Our two-year Graduate Programme is designed to accelerate your professional growth through immersive, hands-on learning in three different business areas. To qualify for theGraduateProgramme you need to:
- Hold or complete a technical, commercial, or financial master’s degree by September 1st, 2025.
- Have no more than one year of post-graduation work experience.
- Demonstrate proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Bring a proactive mindset, sharp analytical skills, and a drive to excel.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
