Your future colleagues and team

" If I were to sum up working as a Project Analyst in BD DE with two words they’d be: impact and autonomy . Right from the start, I’ve been entrusted with key projects that have a real influence on our business and decision-making processes. I have always been encouraged to bring my ideas forward and engage in discussions with experienced (and very smart) colleagues across departments. Alongside this responsibility, I had the autonomy to experiment with new approaches and shape workflows, making a tangible difference in how we operate day-to-day. The hierarchy in Abacus is flat and the atmosphere is both motivating and fun, making it a very nice place to come to work"
