Om rollen
Som Senior Compliance Specialist vil du spille en central rolle i vores organisation. Du får ansvaret for at sikre, at vores produkter lever op til alle relevante regulativer og standarder. Du vil være tæt på ingeniørerne og selve produktudviklingen, og fungere som nøgleperson i beslutningsprocesserne omkring sikkerhed og compliance.

Dine primære opgaver og ansvarsområder:

  • Sikre, at virksomheden og vores produkter overholder relevant lovgivning, direktiver og standarder inden for sikkerhed og compliance, fx CE-mærkning og ATEX-zoner.
  • Udarbejde og implementere kvalitets- og sikkerhedsretningslinjer i samarbejde med ingeniørteamet.
  • Facilitering af HAZOP-analyser og udvikling af risikominimeringsplaner.
  • Dokumentation og rapportering til relevante myndigheder og samarbejdspartnere, herunder FORCE og DNV.
  • Vejlede og støtte kollegaer og kunder i forståelse af compliancekrav.

Du lykkedes med din stærke faglige baggrund og evne til at navigere i komplekse regulativer
For at lykkes i rollen forestiller vi os, at du har en bachelor- eller kandidatgrad inden for elektrisk, mekanisk eller procesingeniørarbejde, maskinmesteruddannelsen eller tilsvarende. Du har solid erfaring med produktudvikling og design i en reguleret industri som f.eks. olie og gas, brint eller lignende, og du er fortrolig med f.eks. PED-direktivet samt funktionel sikkerhed.

Erfaring med at navigere i komplekse regulativer og standarder er afgørende, og du skal kunne kommunikere klart og præcist både på dansk og engelsk – både skriftligt og mundtligt. Du trives i en dynamisk og udviklende virksomhed, hvor du kan balancere sikkerhed og omkostningseffektivitet.
