Sustainability Program Manager

About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sustainability Program Manager to lead and develop sustainability programs across the Nordic region. The successful candidate will play a key role in building and maintaining Intertek's sustainability portfolio, driving competence development, and ensuring compliance with sustainability standards and frameworks.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute strategies to expand Intertek's sustainability services, including training and development, in the Nordic region.
  2. Ensure the competence of Nordic auditors is aligned with accreditation requirements through continuous development and support.
  3. Support technical forums and provide expertise on sustainability-related questions and audits.
  4. Develop and improve sustainability processes to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Requirements:
  1. A relevant academic degree in environmental science, engineering, or a related field with a focus on sustainability.
  2. At least 5 years of experience in sustainability in a strategic or leadership role.
  3. Strong knowledge of sustainability frameworks, such as the 2030 Agenda, GHG Protocol, and ESG reporting.
  4. Proven ability in project management, stakeholder engagement, and auditor training.
  5. Fluent in Danish and English, with strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is between 120,000-180,000 SEK per year, depending on qualifications and experience. We strive to provide a competitive compensation package that reflects your value to our organization.
