Som vores nye servicetekniker, bliver du en del af Industri Serviceteamet, som udfører service og projekter for vores kunder i Danmark. Teamet er stadig under opbygning, og derfor hjælper vi hinanden på kryds og tværs i landet. Du vil derfor få stor mulighed for at sætte dit præg på udviklingen af vores serviceforretning.

Vores kunder er slutbrugere i forsyningsvirksomhederne, fødevarebranchen og fremstillingsindustrien samt systemintegratorerne, der udfører automationsprojekter i den danske industri.

Støt vores kunder med din stærke viden om PLC- og SCADA-systemer

Som servicetekniker får du ansvaret for at planlægge og løse egne tekniske opgaver hos kunderne i Industri. Det kan være projektopgaver, vedligehold og support til kunder, der har en serviceaftale. Primært har vi brug for en ny kollega, der kan varetage opgaver på PLC- og SCADA-systemer samt frekvensomformere, men vores produkt- og løsningsprogram er bredt, så du vil få mulighed for at udvikle dig på mange flere automationsprodukter, herunder bl.a. Servo Motion løsninger.

Teknisk og kommerciel stærk servicetekniker:

  • Du er automationstekniker med el-teknisk baggrund – f.eks. elektriker, elektroniktekniker, elinstallatør, automationsteknolog, el-ingeniør eller maskinmester.
  • Du har erfaring fra arbejde med automationsprojekter, herunder programmering og idriftsætning af PLC- og SCADA-systemer.
  • Du besidder stor viden om løsninger til Industrien.
  • Du besidder en god kommerciel forståelse og forstår vigtigheden af synlig service.
  • Du arbejder gerne selvstændigt og kan tage gerne rollen som primær ansvarlig.
  • Du taler og skriver godt dansk og engelsk, da du løbende er i kontakt med vores internationale produkt- og supportfunktioner.

Som person er du udadvendt. Du kan lide at være sammen med vores kunder, og du trives med at yde rådgivning. Du er også i stand til at fordybe dig systematisk i vores produkter og løsninger, så du kan vælge den bedste løsning for kunden. Du er vedholdende og får fulgt opgaven til dørs, så kunden føler sig helt tryg.
