Dit første projekt vil fokusere på at standardisere og implementere de helt rette procedurer i vores – allerede gode – kaffekoncept. Forandringer i vores organisation og vækst i digitale salgskanaler ændrer rammerne for vores butiksdrift, og derfor søger vi en erfaren kollega, der kan identificere begrænsninger og definere what good looks like , så vores butiksmedarbejdere og ledere kan arbejde i et endnu mere smidigt miljø.

Hvad dine dage bliver fyldt med
Du vil skabe hurtige resultater, samtidig med at du bygger langsigtede forbedringer. I en flad struktur med masser af sparring og samarbejde hjælper du med at definere, hvordan excellence ser ud. Dit hovedfokus vil blive:

Operationel excellence og optimering af arbejdsgange:
Udvikle og definere vores operationelle standarder gennem dybdegående analyser af eksisterende arbejdsgange og processer i butikkerne. Ved at identificere ineffektivitet designer og implementerer du løsninger, der optimerer og forenkler butiksdriften og styrker både performance og gæsteoplevelsen.

Udvikling og implementering af standardiserede procedurer:
Implementere klare og ensartede standarder for alle arbejdsopgaver og arbejdsstationer for at minimere fejl, fjerne flaskehalse og spare tid. Du sikrer samtidig, at træningsmateriale opdateres i overensstemmelse med dine nyudviklede procedurer og best practices.

Samarbejde på tværs og strategisk alignment:
Du vil primært samarbejde tæt med og referere til vores Head of Operations. Derudover vil du samabejde med stakeholders som vores ledelse, vores salgsafdeling og vores butiksdrift for at få en fuld forståelse af daglige udfordringer. I samarbejde med teams som Store Design, Produktudvikling og IT sikrer du, at implementerede løsninger er i tråd med vores brandstrategi.

Performance-evaluering og løbende forbedring:
Løbende monitorere og evaluere performance på implementerede løsninger og bruge data som fx NPS og eNPS til at justere, hvor der er behov. Du skaber en kultur og fokus er på løbende forbedringer og du engagerer medarbejdere til at spotte muligheder og foreslå praktiske løsninger.

Vi håber at finde dig, som har:

  • En bachelorgrad i Business Administration, Operations Management eller et beslægtet område, med fokus på procesforbedring eller operationel excellence og/eller LEAN.
  • Minimum 5 års erfaring med operationsledelse eller procesforbedring inden for detail- eller servicebranchen.
  • Evnen til at identificere ineffektive processer, analysere problemer og udvikle kreative løsninger, samt stærke analytiske færdigheder.
  • Gode kommunikationsevner med evnen til at oversætte analyser til klare og definerede standarder og effektivt engagere butikschefer, medarbejdere og andre teams for at implementere og forankre disse standarder på tværs af alle butikker.
  • For at få succes i denne rolle er det nødvendigt, at du kan tale, skrive og forstå dansk og kan begå dig på engelsk, da vi opererer på tværs af markeder, og dit arbejde kan få indflydelse her på sigt.

Lagkagehuset har 107 butikker og 7 produktioner i Danmark, 26 butikker og 1 produktion i London og 5 butikker og 1 produktion i New York. Med knap 3.000 engagerede medarbejdere producerer og sælger vi kvalitetsprodukter gennem flere salgskanaler, herunder vores loyalitetsapp og webshop, som blev lanceret den 19. november 2024.

Din hverdag hos Lagkagehuset
Stillingen er baseret på vores hovedkontor i København NV, med primært fokus på at arbejde direkte i og med butikkerne i Danmark. På sigt er der mulighed for at få ansvar på tværs af andre markeder.
Stillingen indebærer rejseaktivitet, primært i Danmark. Du planlægger selv din arbejdstid, men en vis fleksibilitet er nødvendig for at imødekomme driftsbehov og tilpasse dig butikkernes åbningstider, herunder morgener, aftener og weekender.
