Position Green is a leader in ESG strategy, communication, and software. As an Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening the operational efficiency of our Danish team and supporting the Danish leadership team in developing the business.

In our Danish office, we are +60 employees representing all functions across Position Green.

About the Role

As an Operations Manager, you will own our customer-facing operations, implementing and optimizing processes, tracking key performance metrics, and supporting strategic decision-making and prioritization. You will collaborate closely with Senior Directors and other Operations Managers to ensure best-in-class processes and drive continuous improvement.
