The Positions

Due to the expansion of our activities in all business areas and sites, we are currently looking for Associate Managers for various teams across Novo Nordisk, such as:

  1. Production Team

  3. IT
  4. Automation and Robotics Team
  5. Quality Assurance or Quality Control
  6. Business Support Team
Qualifications

To succeed as an Associate Manager, you should have great interpersonal skills and an interest in leadership or people management experience. Furthermore:

  1. A relevant educational background.
  2. A broad and well-proven leadership toolbox or aspirations to become a leader.
  3. You are fluent in Danish or English.

It is considered an advantage to have:

  1. Pharma experience or any other regulated industry.
  2. Lean experience.
  3. GMP knowledge.
