About the RoleAs an AX 2009 ERP Consultant , you will play a key role in managing and optimizing our ERP platform within Aeven's Operational Finance team. You will lead our ERP team , which includes an integration specialist and a Dynamics AX front-office supporter —both based in Aeven affiliates—alongside external consultants when needed.
Working from our newly renovated office in Ballerup , you will collaborate closely with colleagues in accounting, financial controlling, and payroll to ensure that business processes are effectively supported by Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009.
Your Responsibilities- Act as the primary ERP specialist , ensuring Dynamics AX 2009 aligns with business needs and strategic goals .
- Translate business requests into specifications and solutions across various departments.
- Design and develop solutions , including configuration, setup, and data modeling .
- Drive process improvements within the ERP platform to optimize efficiency.
- Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting support for ERP-related issues.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to align ERP capabilities with business requirements.
We're seeking an independent and proactive ERP expert who can prioritize tasks , break down complex issues, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Experience with ERP systems , preferably Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 (or another ERP system with a willingness to learn AX).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to design and implement ERP solutions .
- Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into system specifications .
- Good communication skills , with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- A practical mindset , with a focus on hands-on execution rather than just theory.
- A team-oriented approach , with a drive to foster collaboration across departments.
