At BEUMER Group, we are looking for talented individuals to help maintain and enhance the business processes that are essential to our system's seamless operation.

What you'll be doing
As an employee working with our SAP system, you will gain a unique insight into the integration of IT with the entire process value chain. From the customer order placement to purchasing, planning, production, delivery, financial control, and billing, you'll have the opportunity to support and learn.

Expect diverse challenges, ensuring no two working days are alike. One day you could be developing reports providing key insights for business. The next day you could be setting up E-invoicing, or you might be coordinating the implementation of a new travel management system for employees.

You will also get the opportunity to:

  1. Build insightful Power BI data models & reports.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve user issues with system processes.
  3. Modify SAP settings based on user requirements.
  4. Clarify business requirements/processes in collaboration with users and translate business needs into solution designs.
  5. Coordinate, prioritize and organize the work within your area between internal and external stakeholders.
  6. Support the rollout of our project solution based on SAP to group companies globally.

Excellent communication skills and a sharp logical sense
We envision you as a business and IT-savvy individual who enjoys taking the lead and working independently. No prior SAP experience is necessary; all you need is excellent communication skills and a sharp logical sense. If you have a master's degree or previous work experience in the field of financial or project management processes or experience with reporting tools like Power BI, or basic coding skills (VBA and SQL), you'll have a competitive advantage.
