Vi søger nu en kollega til vores afdelingskontor i Odense med høj IT-infrastruktur teknisk kompetence og solid erfaring. Du skal indgå i vores konsulentteam, skal kunne identificere et problem, nedbryde det i løsbare elementer og implementere løsningen hos vores kunder. Vi søger en servicemindet og udadvendt person med sans for struktureret arbejde og kvalitet. Du skal selvstændigt og med udgangspunkt i virksomhedens vidensgrundlag, processer og samarbejde med kollegaer, løse en række rådgivningsmæssige og driftsmæssige opgaver som f.eks. tilbudsgivning, løsningsimplementeringer, dokumentation, projektstyring og generel rådgivning vedrørende eksempelvis GDPR og IT-sikkerhedspolitik overfor vores kunder.

Vi er cirka 40 medarbejdere fordelt på kontorer i Nærum, Odense og Tønder, der leverer og vedligeholder virksomheders IT-infrastruktur og -systemer samt supporterer deres medarbejdere med alt inden for IT. Vi arbejder bl.a. med cloud-løsninger, serverhosting, Microsoft-løsninger (herunder M365), IT-sikkerhed, servere, netværk, PC’er/Macs, applikationsudvikling og IT-compliance. Vi sætter barren højt for kundeservice, så vores kunder altid får en god oplevelse, når de er i kontakt med os. Vores motto er ”we make IT easy”, hvilket vi arbejder systematisk efter hver eneste dag, både internt overfor vores kollegaer og eksternt overfor vores kunder. Derudover lægger vi stor vægt på kollegialt fællesskab, og at det skal være sjovt at gå på arbejde – glade medarbejdere giver glade kunder

Vores ønsker/forventninger til dig
  • Du skal have en præsentabel fremtræden.
  • Du skal kunne tale/skrive dansk og engelsk flydende.
  • Du skal have kørekort.
  • Du skal arbejde struktureret og med forståelsen for dokumentation og ITIL/SPOC sagshåndtering som en absolut nødvendighed.
  • Du skal kunne håndtere dine egne sager, samtidig med at være en teknisk støtte for dine kollegaer og være villig til at indgå i et team, der alle giver sig 100% for opgaven.
  • Du skal have minimum 3-5 års erfaring fra en lignende stilling og være klar til at tage næste skridt i din karriere.
  • Du skal have erfaringer med IT-projekter og have et solidt teknisk fundament med O365, Azure, Windows servermiljøer herunder RDS, HyperV-virtualisering, netværk og IT-sikkerhed herunder anerkendte firewalls og backupsystemer. Bevis på din Microsoft- og netværksviden i form af en certificering eller lignende er at foretrække.
