We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Product Manager to lead and oversee the development and management of our enterprise data products. This role will focus on driving the strategy, execution, and delivery of data analytics solutions that empower our internal teams with actionable insights. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineering, business intelligence (BI), and analytics, to ensure our data products meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and usability.

What you'll be doing

  1. Define and communicate a clear vision and strategy for Unity's internal enterprise data products, and develop a comprehensive product roadmap aligned with organizational goals.
  2. Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, collaborating with data engineering, BI, and analytics teams to design, build, and enhance data analytics solutions.
  3. Engage with key internal stakeholders, including executives and department leads, to present product updates, roadmaps, and insights, and foster strong relationships with internal users.
  4. Develop and implement data governance policies and best practices to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and organizational data standards.
  5. Conduct research and user interviews to gather insights and validate product concepts, analyze product usage data and performance metrics, and stay informed about industry trends and best practices in data analytics, data engineering, and BI.

What we're looking for

  1. Extensive product management experience, with a focus on data analytics, data engineering, BI, or enterprise data products.
  2. Strong understanding of data governance, data engineering technologies, BI tools, and best practices.
  3. Proven track record of successfully launching and managing data analytics solutions in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.

You might also have

  1. Knowledge of machine learning and AI applications in data analytics.
  2. Experience with cloud-based data platforms and services.
