Jobbet som Dokumentationsspecialist

Som vores nye Dokumentationsspecialist vil du skulle stå for dokumentation og kvalitetssikring ift. udarbejdelse og ajourføring af arbejdsinstruktioner og tjekskemaer. Det kræver struktur samt et skarpt blik på detaljen, men også at kunne bevare overblikket i et til tider hektisk arbejdsmiljø.

Som Dokumentationsspecialist vil du blive superbruger af vores PLM system (Windchill) og vil ligeledes skulle arbejde i vores ERP-system (SAP R3). Som en del af vores vækststrategi vil dine opgaver understøtte denne mht. sikring af kvalitet, sikkerhed, eliminering af systematiske fejl samt understøttelse af vores økonomi i vores produktion.

Dine nærmeste kolleger er en blanding af maskinmestre, ingeniører og teknikere med hver deres primære fagområde. Du bliver en del af en afdeling, hvor vi har det sjovt og godt socialt. Vi har et højt fagligt niveau og arbejder målrettet på at finde de bedste løsninger på tekniske udfordringer.

Dine faglige kompetencer

  • El teknisk baggrund til afdelingen i København
  • Mekanisk baggrund til afdelingen i Aarhus
  • Brancheerfaring vil være en fordel
  • Kendskab til standarder indenfor jernbanemateriel vil være en fordel
  • Erfaring med SAP R3 (SC, PP og MM modulet) vil være en fordel
  • Erfaring med Windchill (PLM system) vil være en fordel
  • Kunne anvende og forstå konstruktionstegninger
  • Erfaring med 2D/3D tegninger og styklister vil være en fordel
  • Analytisk og rationel
  • Evnen til at sætte dig ind i nye udfordringer
  • Engelsk i skrift og tale
  • Evner at se optimeringsmuligheder i en produktionsverden
  • Erfaring med udarbejdelse og anvendelse af tekniske specifikationer

Som person er du analytisk, måske ”lidt nørdet”, vedholdende og pragmatisk. Du motiveres af at fordybe dig og samtidig have fokus på deadlines. Derudover formår du at kommunikere på alle niveauer, da du får en bred samarbejdsflade. Du arbejder meget struktureret og følger processer.
