With a curious and investigative approach to your tasks, you will be in charge of validating payroll results and provide approvals for final pay credits when solving the following responsibilities:

- Being risk aware and help identify, report, mitigate and track risks in the payroll delivery process
- Provide accounting files to Finance along with the necessary documentation for internal and external audit
- Managing the timely submission of RICC controls
- Facilitating knowledge transfer across different parties involved in service delivery in the current operating model, the core program team, external implementation partner, etc.
What are we looking for?
There can be various entry points for this position, but we would like you to have relevant experience managing payroll and time tracking processes in a complex, international organization. Most importantly, you will have in-depth knowledge of compliance and legal regulations for payroll and benefits in Denmark. Broader experience with HR operations and an outsourced payroll model is an advantage.
As a person, you exude integrity and good energy, and you have a collaborative work style that promotes cooperation and teamwork to find solutions. You have a highly analytical approach with a strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude geared towards continuous improvement. It is vital that you are proactive and solution-oriented in your workflow and that you take ownership and initiative of your own processes and tasks with minimal guidance. If you were to highlight additional characteristics, you would mention your flexibility and adaptability to work in a rapidly evolving project environment.
