  1. Drive Enterprise Growth : Shape the sales strategy for custom enterprise business applications and secure the Salesforce Platform in your assigned region.

  2. Create Strategic Impact : Propel revenue growth by generating demand among existing customers and cultivating new relationships in the enterprise sector.

  3. Be the Trusted Advisor : Leverage your deep knowledge of Enterprise Architecture , Business Solutions , and Technology to align customer needs with Salesforce's powerful platform.

  4. Lead with Expertise : Present high-level value propositions to C-level executives, demonstrating the ROI , TCO , and time-to-value of our solutions.

Responsibilities:

  1. Consistent over-achievement of sales goals.

  2. Familiar with Specialist GTM.

  3. Develop & execute Platform sales plans & cycles.

  4. Understand a company's business strategy and define an architecture and solution to support that strategy with the capabilities of the Salesforce Platform.

  5. Discover, qualify, strategize, solution, negotiate & close.

  6. Generate business in new customers and within the installed base.

  7. Must be able to forecast sales activity and revenue achievement.

  8. Work within an account team matrix, leading decision makers & influencers towards identifying their Customer Company vision by evangelizing the capabilities of Salesforce Platform.

  9. Work with product management to distill key functionality and benefits into core business value messages.

Required Skills:

  1. Minimum 5-7 years of solution selling in software.

  2. Extensive experience selling to large enterprise customers.

  3. Expertise and experience dealing with large and complex accounts at the most senior IT and business levels.

  4. Executive-level communication and interpersonal skills.

  5. Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure.

  6. Working knowledge of the software development process and of software design methodologies (coding experience is not required, but is useful).

  7. Proven ability to work well as part of an extended sales team.

  8. Extensive background in technology and platform solutions such as application development, database, business intelligence, integration, internet.

  9. Experience developing and presenting business value, time to money, ROI, TCO.

  10. Fluent in English and local language.

Desired Skills:

  1. Knowledge of Salesforce product and platform features, capabilities, and best use.

  2. Expertise in IT, Enterprise Architecture, Business Architecture, Technical Architecture.

  3. Experience and knowledge of Salesforce competitive landscape and technical ecosystem.

  4. Strong knowledge of business processes, applications and app development.

  5. Familiarity with the database, application, mobile and collaboration technologies used in Cloud Computing (e.g. knowledge of database concepts and SQL, multi-tenancy).

  6. Salesforce product certifications are a plus (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Developer, and Architect).
