You will report to the Head of PMO and be part of a dynamic department characterized by strong teamwork, high professionalism, commitment, a systematic approach, mutual respect, and humor.
You will be responsible for collaboration with selected key clients, such as Ford, Mercedes, VW, Toyota, Nissan, and others.
Your responsibilities include managing development projects from the agreement with the customer to the handover to production. You will coordinate daily communication with customers and suppliers to ensure that the customer's requirements are conveyed and met effectively and promptly. You will interact widely within the organization, collaborating across different departments while respecting various areas of expertise.
You must independently drive projects and achieve excellent results in a varied environment, maintaining an overview and making daily prioritizations.
We have close cooperation with development departments in Denmark, Australia, Thailand, and the USA. Due to this international collaboration, flexibility is important to facilitate effective cooperation across time zones.
The Right Profile:- With a background as an engineer or similar, you are technically well-rounded and solution-oriented, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in managing both short and long-term development projects.
- You can manage a project in a structured manner regarding time, budget, and quality. You work independently, are analytically strong, systematic, structured, and accustomed to working according to technical standards.
- Experience in a manufacturing company is advantageous, as it provides a close relationship with customers and projects.
- You take ownership of your projects from start to finish, working precisely on both the big picture and the details.
- In this role, you will have a broad international network, so proficiency in English at a high level is required.
- Experience with the APQP project management model and familiarity with Antura and C5 are advantageous but not required.
