Global Category Manager Indirect & IT (Maternity Cover)

We have a temporary opportunity in our Global Category Management team as one of our team members is going on parental leave.

Temporarily join our team as an Indirect Sourcing & Category Manager and be a part of something big We're managing a growing raw material and indirect spend portfolio and need innovative minds to help steer us into the future.

In our Global Sourcing & Procurement department, we're all about empowering our team members. As part of our Global Category Management team, you'll have the opportunity to execute category and sourcing strategies and make impactful decisions alongside our internal stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Executing category strategies
  • Leading sourcing projects
  • Analyzing markets and evaluating new suppliers
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders and suppliers

What we're looking for:

  • A positive mindset and a passion for growth
  • 3-5 years of experience in sourcing or category management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • An analytical and data-driven approach
  • A self-driven colleague with #genki who is not afraid to execute projects
