Shape the future of Gastrointestinal Health in an influential role at Novonesis, where strategy, innovation, science and collaboration defines your impact.

In this role you’ll make an impact when…

… you bring your expertise to mastering the growth drivers and competitive dynamics in the gastrointestinal health space. You will play a key role in defining a robust product innovation pipeline and developing a comprehensive portfolio strategy, ensuring close alignment with commercial execution teams, as well as global and regional sales and marketing profiles. This will include preparing for successful product launches by crafting strategic positioning plans and developing the necessary support assets to drive success.

...in addition, some of your key tasks will include:

  1. Acting as the commercial category expert, driving growth and understanding competitive activities in the health category.
  2. Developing and steering a comprehensive product innovation pipeline.
  3. Creating the overall launch preparation and positioning for new products.
  4. Setting category and product positioning, supported by in-depth consumer insights and defined claims.
  5. Collaborating to refine existing portfolios and support long-term category strategies.
  6. Ensuring alignment with commercial execution teams and marketing for seamless implementation.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  1. Deep knowledge of gastrointestinal health, with experience in the microbiome space preferred.
  2. Proven ability in commercial or business development for impactful product launches.
  3. Expertise in competitive analysis, portfolio management, and strategic insights.
  4. Exceptional communication and project execution skills.

We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit, strong ownership, and a collaborative mindset. A demonstrated track record in commercial development of products, ideally with global and regional experience in B2B or consumer health, is key. Your ability to think strategically, and communicate complex concepts effectively will make you a strong candidate for this role.
