Dine ansvarsområder vil blandt andet inkludere:

  • Generel HR-support: Support til medarbejdere og ledere vedrørende HR-spørgsmål og -udfordringer samt sparring med ledelsen om medarbejderudvikling, trivsel, kultur og værdier.
  • Rekruttering: Ansvar for hele rekrutteringsprocessen fra jobopslag til onboarding af nye medarbejdere, samt udvikling af strategier for at tiltrække og fastholde talent.
  • HR legal: Udarbejdelse, forhandling og vedligeholdelse af medarbejderkontrakter, samt sikring af compliance med arbejdsretlige regler.
  • HR system: Implementering og løbende optimering af et HR-system, der understøtter vores behov for effektiv medarbejderadministration.
  • Onboarding & offboarding: Sikring af en smidig onboarding-proces for nye medarbejdere samt effektiv håndtering af offboarding.
  • Office management: Sikre at kontoret kører som smurt, inklusiv håndtering af daglige driftsopgaver og trivsel for vores medarbejdere.

Vi leder efter dig, der har:

  • Minimum 3-5 års erfaring med HR, specielt med rekruttering og HR-legal opgaver.
  • Erfaring med at implementere og drive HR-systemer.
  • Indgående kendskab til arbejdsret og HR-relaterede juridiske processer.
  • Stærke kommunikationsevner og evnen til at opbygge gode relationer på tværs af organisationen.
  • Struktureret tilgang til opgaver, og som trives med både operationelle og strategiske opgaver.
  • Det er en fordel, hvis du har erfaring fra en international virksomhed, da vi også har medarbejdere i Sverige, Norge, UK, Tyskland og Egypten.
