Founded in 2014 by former NATO Secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen, Rasmussen Global advises democratic governments and multinational corporations on addressing some of the most pressing geopolitical challenges of our time. Our team of +35 advisors combines decades of high-level experience in government, international organizations, and industry across Europe and North America, delivering impactful results with integrity and purpose.

About the position

Our growing Copenhagen office is welcoming applications on a rolling basis from individuals eager to contribute to our mission. We are open to crafting roles that align with the right candidate's expertise and interests. Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • Proven analytical and strategic skills with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Relevant professional experience in security, defence, intelligence, diplomacy, or related fields.
  • A client-oriented mindset with experience in both institutional and client-facing roles.
  • Deep understanding of European and transatlantic security policies and geopolitical dynamics.
  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Danish and additional languages is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Strong network within the defence, security, or diplomatic sectors is a plus.
