Som Senior Financial Controller vil du blandt andet være ansvarlig for monitorering af finansiel business performance, tæt opfølgning og årsagsforklaringer, samt drive din del af budget- og estimatprocessen. Derudover vil du også være 'window person' i forhold til compliance, hvor Toyota Danmark er underlagt SOX-reglerne.

Dine primære ansvarsområder vil inkludere:

  • Månedsafslutning, inklusive planlægning, udførelse og sign-off.
  • Cost Controlling, herunder tæt opfølgning med ansvarlige for cost centre og månedlige executive summaries til ledelsen.
  • Cash management, herunder månedlige cash flow forecasts.
  • Sikring af compliance med SOX og driving af audits i forbindelse med interne kontroller.
  • Tæt samarbejde med eksterne revisorer i forbindelse med eksternt årsregnskab og revision.
  • Corporate tax og Transfer Pricing.
  • Business partner for Lexus Copenhagen (internt regnskab og financial controlling).

Du vil arbejde tæt sammen med Finance & Accounting Manager, som du også refererer direkte til. Du bliver en del af et team på i alt fem personer plus vores SSC i Polen, hvor samarbejde og succes går hånd i hånd.

Vi søger en engageret og initiativrig person med en vedholdende karakter. Du er dygtig til at skabe relationer, brænder for at optimere forretningsprocesser, og du har en naturlig nysgerrighed efter, hvordan ny teknologi kan udnyttes. Med din evne til at arbejde selvstændigt og struktureret tager du proaktivt fat på opgaverne, og du sikrer, at roller og ansvar er kendte, for at levere kvalitet til tiden i tæt samarbejde med øvrige teams og afdelinger.

Vi forestiller os, at du har en erhvervsmæssig baggrund inden for økonomi, gerne HD, HA, eller cand.merc., suppleret med 3-5 års relevant erfaring, fx som Financial/Business Controller eller i en lignende stilling. Du besidder en dybdegående forståelse for økonomistyring, regnskabsprincipper og budgettering. Din ekspertise med Excel er på et avanceret niveau, og du har godt kendskab til Power BI samt erfaring med ERP/forecast-systemer, hvor vi hos Toyota Danmark bruger Oracle ERP og Adaptive Planning. Du finder det naturligt at optimere processer og gøre arbejdsgange enklere for alle – det kalder Toyota for 'Kaizen'. Flydende dansk og engelsk i både skrift og tale er essentielt for rollen.
