WHO ARE YOU?

• Experienced HR professional with solid knowledge and experience of Danish employment law, health and safety, and HR practices
• Independent and structured – you take ownership of HR matters with confidence and clarity
• Comfortable working in a Nordic or matrix setup , collaborating across borders and teams
• Service-minded and solutions-focused – you're the go-to person for reliable HR support
• Fluent in Danish and English – essential for supporting our local teams and handling legal/union interactions, and for our Nordic collaboration

WHAT'S THE JOB LIKE?
You'll work as a dedicated HR specialist for Denmark, acting as the local point of contact for leaders and employees.
While your operational and compliance-related responsibilities are focused on Denmark, you'll deliver hands-on People operations as part of our Nordic People operations team, supporting processes across countries and contributing to harmonized ways of working.

• Provide HR support across the Nordics , handling employee queries, cases, tickets and data maintenance in our systems
• Partner with Payroll and HR teams to resolve complex issues, ensure compliance, and improve processes
• Ensuring compliance with Danish labor legislation and coordinating with unions/employee reps
• Owning local HR policies and leading consultation processes during reorganizations or change initiatives
• Ensuring a smooth and compliant Danish salary review as part of a Nordic salary review process and timeline
• Acting as a trusted partner to the Danish Country Manager
• Leading Health & Safety efforts and maintaining yearly compliance cycles
• Supporting cross-border HR ops projects to strengthen our Nordic collaboration

The challenge to turn into an opportunity
This is a hybrid role — part local specialist, part Nordic operator and collaborator.
You'll be responsible for hands-on HR execution in Denmark, while also supporting and contributing to operational HR processes across the Nordics. You'll balance practical day-to-day work with strategic thinking, and act as the HR go-to person for DK, as well as a key resource in shaping and driving shared People practices regionally.
Our structure is evolving, and your experience, flexibility, and initiative will be important in building a more unified, efficient, and people-centered HR function across all Nordic countries.
