YOUR MISSION

As a Chef in our company canteen, you will play a key role in ensuring that our colleagues are fueled with delicious and nutritious meals throughout the day. You bring your culinary expertise to the table, delivering exceptional food experiences while maintaining a high standard of service and quality. Your ability to work independently and collaboratively ensures that the kitchen runs smoothly, even during peak hours.

Your role will involve:

• Preparing and cooking a variety of meals, including salads, hot and cold dishes, and baked goods.
• Planning menus and ensuring a diverse and exciting food selection.
• Ordering ingredients and managing stock levels.
• Ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met.
• Setting up and replenishing the buffet.
• Cleaning and maintaining kitchen facilities.

You will work closely with our two chefs and a kitchen assistant/dishwasher. We offer:

• A full-time position (37 hours/week).
• Working hours from Monday to Friday, 06:30 – 14:30.
• Occasional evening and weekend events.
• A friendly and professional kitchen team.

We are looking for a trained chef with relevant experience in preparing canteen-style lunches. You have a deep passion for food and enjoy creating meals that inspire and energize. Beyond your culinary skills, you bring a positive mindset and a strong sense of teamwork to the kitchen.

• You are a trained chef with experience in canteen or large-scale food preparation.
• You have a proactive approach and take responsibility for both your own tasks and the success of the team.
• You are friendly and service-minded, creating a welcoming environment for colleagues and guests.
• You maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and buffet area.
• You can handle routine and practical tasks, even when they are physically demanding.
• You are comfortable using MS Office, including Outlook.
• You can communicate in both Danish and English, as English is our corporate language.
