Be a key player in shaping Troldtekt's future as our new Product Manager

As a Product Manager at Troldtekt, you are a key contributor in setting the strategic direction for Troldtekt's acoustic solutions. You will manage our product portfolio throughout the product life cycle, ensuring that our products remain differentiated and competitive. You are responsible for evaluating, pursuing, and transforming new potential opportunities into business, and you will advise and support our customers on our products.

Role and responsibilities:

You will work cross-functionally and collaborate with R&D, marketing, sales, and operations, to drive product development from concept to launch. Your insights will guide the creation of value propositions, product requirements, and the overall product roadmap, ensuring alignment with our long-term business goals.

Additionally, you will take ownership of the end-to-end product lifecycle process, from initial market research and competitive analysis to post-launch performance tracking. Your leadership will be key in managing the complexity of our product portfolio, optimizing product performance, and ensuring that all products meet industry standards and regulations.

Product Strategy and Roadmap

You will conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and develop a clear product vision and strategy for Troldtekt's growth. You will create and maintain a product roadmap aligned with company goals and communicate progress and changes to stakeholders.

Product Development and Launches:

As Chair of Troldtekt's Idea Panel, you will evaluate new product ideas, define value propositions, and lead development projects. You will support internal launches and ensure continuous improvement through post-launch feedback.

Product Lifecycle Management:

You will ensure our products remain competitive by analyzing market trends and initiating necessary actions like promotions, optimizations, or discontinuations. You will keep the product portfolio lean and aligned with Troldtekt's growth strategy.

Performance Tracking:

You will define and monitor KPIs, analyze product performance, and implement corrective actions based on feedback to drive product enhancements.

Product Support:

You will provide in-depth product knowledge to support sales and customer needs, ensuring alignment with Troldtekt's business objectives.

Experience:

Minimum 5 years in a similar role.

Education:

You possess a commercial or technical background at a bachelor's level as a minimum.

Location:

Travel:

10-25 days of travel per year is to be expected.
