Product Manager
International product responsibility in an expanding group
To take on the full program responsibility for a significant product area, we are looking for an experienced and innovative product manager. Your task will be to generate profitable growth through efficient Product Lifecycle Management and by developing the strategic and tactical plans for the product program. You will report to the Head of Product Management in EXHAUSTO and will be a colleague with a number of product managers in DK and Europe.

The product area is of great strategic importance and is going through revitalization with a planned launch in the very near future. Both funds and resources have been allocated to carry out the task, but we need the anchorman who will drive the process.

Sound experience in product and stakeholder management
You have been part of an internationally oriented organization with high-tech products within cooling/freezing, HVAC, robotics, wind energy or similar. You have sound experience as a product manager, have documented results and know the disciplines and tools to drive a winning category. You are skilled at building cross-functional collaborations and a driven stakeholder.

You have a technical or commercial education at min. bachelor level, and you are passionate about creating a result-driven product management function that supports business development and growth. You have trained to analyze and translate technical market intelligence into product specifications. You speak and write English at a high negotiation level – Danish is a plus but not mandatory. You have strong communication skills and are a skilled communicator. Traveling is estimated to be about 25 days a year - mainly in Europe.

You are analytical and possess a good portion of perseverance. You manage to "sell" your ideas in order to create the basis for the processes. You have a global mindset, are customer and market-oriented, possess strategic flair and a positive attitude towards life. You are proactive, decisive and lead the way.
