On behalf of our client, Work Supply is looking for an experienced on-site Head of Operations. You will be in charge of providing inspired leadership for the organization, which involves making important policy and strategic decisions, implementation of operational policies and procedures. You’ll be overseeing HR duties, such as attracting talent and setting training standards and hiring procedures, as well as analyzing and improving organizational processes to improve quality, productivity, and efficiency. Together with the rest of the management team, you’ll have the mission to help Nordic startups succeed internationally.

About the job:
- Provide inspired leadership for the organization.
- Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions.
- Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures.
- Assist with recruiting new talent when necessary.
- Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
- Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
- Work with senior stakeholders.
- Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
- Work with the board of directors to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals (OKRs and roadmap).
- Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
- Support worker communication with the management team.

About you:
- You have +3 years of experience working as a senior operational manager where you have either been part of growing a company or a department.
- You have extensive experience in managing a team.
- You have extensive experience with project management at a higher level, including creating and executing project roadmaps, short-term, and long-term strategies.
- You have extensive experience working with one or more PMS systems (Asana, Monday, Podio, or similar).
- You have extensive experience and understanding of financial management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Danish is a plus).
