The position

As a Data Analyst of our digital transformation team, you will play a key role in shaping the organization's journey toward digitalization and data-driven decision-making. Your expertise in digital tools and stakeholder collaboration will enable the optimization of processes, innovation, and the creation of impactful solutions that drive business value.

Your main tasks will be to:

• Act as an internal consultant to analyze and understand the business's needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain digital solutions using tools like Tableau, Alteryx, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Apps.
• Collaborate continuously with stakeholders and team members to ensure transparency and value delivery.
• Innovate and streamline business processes through data-driven insights and digitalization.
• Work on business cases and ad-hoc analyses to support strategic decision-making and prioritize effectively.

To succeed in this role, you have to:

• MSc in Science, Innovation, or Business Field, e.g. data engineering, business analytics or UX/ innovation.
• Experience with analyzing and visualizing data.
• Have hands-on experience with the Microsoft Power platform (Power App, Power Automate, dataverse, etc.) and Power BI (while experience with other BI tools such as Tableau and Alteryx is a plus).
• Experience in process development frameworks such as “double diamond” is a plus.
• Experience in using O365 MS Office Tools with a passion for generating insights from data.
• Professional proficiency in English.

The Business Support is responsible for developing and facilitating cross-departmental processes, projects, and products supporting the rest of the FPMSAT departments to succeed with their projects and goals.
