The role of a Data Analyst in our organization is pivotal to driving digital transformation and informed decision-making.

As a key member of the team, you will leverage your analytical skills and experience with digital tools to optimize processes, innovate, and create impactful solutions that drive business value.

Your responsibilities will include:

">
  • Acting as an internal consultant to analyze and understand the business's needs.">
  • Designing, developing, and maintaining digital solutions using tools like Tableau, Alteryx, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Apps.">
  • Collaborating continuously with stakeholders and team members to ensure transparency and value delivery.">
  • Innovating and streamlining business processes through data-driven insights and digitalization.">
  • Working on business cases and ad-hoc analyses to support strategic decision-making and prioritize effectively.
">

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

">
  • A strong educational background in Science, Innovation, or Business Field, e.g. data engineering, business analytics or UX/innovation.">
  • Experience with analyzing and visualizing data.">
  • Hands-on experience with the Microsoft Power platform (Power App, Power Automate, dataverse, etc.) and Power BI (while experience with other BI tools such as Tableau and Alteryx is a plus).">
  • Experience in process development frameworks such as "double diamond" is a plus.">
  • Experience in using O365 MS Office Tools with a passion for generating insights from data.">
  • Professional proficiency in English.
