Som Salary & HR Consultant hos KOMPAN vil du arbejde med en bred vifte af spændende og varierende opgaver, hvor faglig dialog og sparring er i højsædet. I denne rolle vil du være ansvarlig for at sikre en nøjagtig og rettidig udbetaling af løn til vores medarbejdere samt håndtere andre relaterede opgaver inden for lønadministration. Du vil arbejde tæt sammen med vores globale teams for at sikre, at alle lønprocesser overholder lovgivning og virksomhedens politikker.

Som vores nye Salary & HR Consultant trives du med opgaver som:

  1. Lønadministration fra A-Z for vore nordiske selskaber, herunder drift af lønsystemer, lønkørsler, lønafstemninger, fravær, refusioner, osv.
  2. At udarbejde lønbudgetter og årsafslutning
  3. At udfærdige materiale til revision, så den opfylder alle nødvendige krav
  4. At rådgive ledere og medarbejdere omkring alle aspekter af løn, herunder bonusberegninger, ferie, barsel og andre personalegoder, så de altid er godt informeret.
  5. At håndtere personalejura, løbende opdatere vores personalehåndbog samt administrere pension, Eurocard og Brobizz.

Vi arbejder dynamisk og der vil derfor være rig mulighed for udvikling og at præge stillingen efter dine spidskompetencer.

Vi værdsætter det sociale samvær på kontoret i Odense. Du vil blive en del af vores Group HR-afdeling, som består af 10 medarbejdere, der støtter HR globalt. Du vil arbejde fra vores nyrenoverede kontor i Odense og referere til Group HR Director.

Team-orienteret profil med stærke strukturelle evner
Vi søger en ansvarlig og erfaren kollega til vores Group HR-team, der kan håndtere lønkørsel i vores fire nordiske lande. Du er som person ansvarsfuld, loyal og systematisk med solid erfaring indenfor lønbehandling.

Du vil være kontaktperson for vores gode kolleger i forbindelse med evt. spørgsmål omkring løn, skat, barsel, pension, etc. Det er derfor naturligt for dig at kommunikere med alle i organisationen på en professionel og imødekommende måde og derved skabe et godt samarbejde.

Minimum 3-5 års erfaring med lønadministration er nødvendigt, og du taler engelsk for at kunne samarbejde med kolleger i andre lande.

Det er et plus, at du har erfaring med systemet Sympa og/eller Visma, men det er bestemt ikke et krav.
