Strategic Leadership: You will drive NNF BRIGHT's strategic direction, ensuring the institute exceeds expectations in research excellence, innovation, and sustainability impact.
Global Influence: Represent NNF BRIGHT on the international stage, building partnerships with academia, industry, and policymakers.
Talent Development: Foster a culture of collaboration, mentorship, and innovation, empowering over 300 FTEs to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
Mission-Driven Innovation: Develop high-impact sustainability missions, secure diverse funding streams, and position NNF BRIGHT as a global leader in industrial biotechnology.

• Strong track record of mentoring young researcher-leaders and building high-performing, interdisciplinary teams.
