Sr. Specialist Partner SA AIML, Partner Solutions Architect

AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers and partners in Commercial and Public sector.

AWS is looking for a Solutions Architect to work with our most strategic AIML partners across Korea. This is a hands-on, highly technical position for someone who can dive deep, build complex, AWS-optimized architectures, and develop a long-term strategy with AWS business development and service teams. This involves engaging with consulting and technology partners and their customers to integrate AWS AIML services into their solutions and practices. In this hands-on technical specialist role, you will help our partners build complex AIML architectures. You will own the technical engagement with partners and their ultimate success. In this role, you will be highly collaborative, working across a broad set of teams and managing stakeholders. You will act as the voice of partners internally with AWS services and Global Center of Excellence (CoE) teams.

Key job responsibilities:

  1. Engage up to C-level business and technical executives of AWS partners and demonstrate AWS value proposition.
  2. Advise partner’s technologists and business leads; help them to explore the art of the possible with machine learning, and to develop scalable ML solutions on AWS to deliver business value in the most effective way.
  3. Conduct workshop sessions to identify opportunities with our partners to scope how they could deliver business value through the use of machine learning.
  4. Participate in deep architectural discussions to ensure AIML solutions are designed for successful deployment on AWS cloud.
  5. Dive deep with partners to build technical capabilities through 1:1 and 1-to-many training sessions, as per partner's needs.
  6. Be the thought leader on AWS AIML services.
  7. Author and contribute to AWS publications such as whitepapers and blogs.
  8. Build repeatable mechanisms, architectures, solutions, and playbooks.

About the team:

This role will be a part of AWS Partner facing Specialist Solutions Architect with expert level domain knowledge to lead 'expert to expert' level discussions by themselves.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Technology domain expertise in LLM, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and GenAI related fields. Hands-on understanding of open-source software, deep learning, and other ML algorithms with hands-on experience running pilots and POCs to demonstrate capabilities to prospects. Bachelor’s Degree Required.
  2. Min. 5+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience.
  3. 15+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries experience.
  4. Must be bilingual – can write and speak well in both English and Korean languages.

Preferred qualifications:

  1. 8+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and networking experience.
  2. Knowledge of Full AIML Services and Hands-on-experience on AWS Services e.g., Amazon Sagemaker Jumpstart, Amazon Sagemaker Hyperpod, Bedrock, Amazon Q Business and Developer and their architecture and infrastructure.
  3. Experience working with end user or developer communities.
