Dine arbejdsopgaver
I rollen varetager du alle aspekter af de konkurrenceudsættelser, Netcompany deltager i; lige fra prækvalifikation, tilbud og forhandling på de mest samfundskritiske offentligt udbudte kontrakter til rådgivning og leadansvar for de største leverancekontraktudsættelser til den private sektor. Du vil få selvstændigt ansvar for din egen opgaveportefølje og have tæt sparring med teamet og ledelsen.

Blandt dine primære arbejdsopgaver er:

  • Processtyring af og ansvar for håndtering af prækvalifikationsanmodninger på tværs af Group
  • Leadansvar for, kvalitetssikring af og udarbejdelse af tilbud på tværs af Group
  • Kommerciel, juridisk, teknisk og processuel ad-hoc bistand ved udarbejdelse af tilbud, herunder kvalitetssikring og review
  • Forberedelse af og deltagelse i dialog-, forhandlings-, salgs- og kundemøder
  • Undervisning og intern træning i tilbudsdisciplinen, rammeaftaler, projektstyringsværktøjer til understøttelse af tilbudsprocesser
  • Udvikling af Netcompanys bid management aktiviteter, processer og produkter på tværs af Group

Vi forestiller os, at du har en uddannelsesbaggrund indenfor jura, procurement, it, consulting eller lignende, som har givet dig et stærkt fagligt fundament inden for tilbud, udbud, konkurrenceudsættelse og bid management. Det er en fordel, hvis du har kendskab til nationale og internationale udbudsregler, har erfaring med tilbuds-/udbudsprocesser, og at du har lyst til at opbygge stærke, lokale bid team kompetencer i og sammen med Netcompany Group.
