Vi søger dig, der har nogle års erfaring i en ledende stilling der du leder andre leder. Måske har du tidligere arbejdet som afdelingschef, enhedschef, arbejdsleder eller personalechef?

Ansvarsområder

Som Personalechef har du det overordnede ansvar for, at trafikområdet er bemandet med det rette antal chauffører, som har den rette kompetence og forudsætninger for at bidrage til trafikområdets mål. Du har ansvaret for at lede og udvikle trafikområdets gruppeledere, som igen har ansvar for ca. 650 chauffører, fordelt på 6 busdepoter i trafikområde Sjælland.

I tæt dialog coacher, leder og udvikler du dit team og arbejder aktivt med at opbygge en kultur baseret på vores værdier, hvor kundetilfredshed og leverer på løftet til vores rejsende.

Du har det overordnede ansvar for, at personalearbejdet drives omkostningsbevidst, effektivt og bæredygtigt. Arbejdet omfatter også opfølgning på rehabilitering, afvigelser, kundesynspunkter og nøgletal samt det overordnede ansvar for trafikområdets rekrutterings- og uddannelsesarbejde.

I trafikområdets ledelsesgruppe repræsenterer du ansvarsområdet personale og er aktivt med til at udvikle trafikområdets aktiviteter fremadrettet. Du rapporterer til trafikområdets forretningsdirektør og er i din rolle rådgivende for øvrige ledere i området inden for personalemæssige spørgsmål.

Kvalifikationer

  1. Erfaring med at arbejde som leder, gerne i en personaleintensiv branche
  2. God viden inden for arbejdsret
  3. Erfaring med forandringsledelse
  4. Stor forståelse for forretningen og erfaring med at arbejde mål- og resultatorienteret
  5. Erfaring med både operationelt og strategisk arbejde
  6. Meritgivende kvalifikationer:
  7. Erfaring med at lede andre ledere
  8. Videregående uddannelse inden for relevant område, fx Human Resources
  9. Til rollen kræves B-kørekort.
