Om stillingen:

Brænder du for logistik, supply chain og optimering af forsyningskæder? Har du en skarp analytisk sans og øje for detaljer? Så er du måske vores nye Supply Chain Coordinator hos Proxy, en førende distributør af legetøj i Norden. Du vil indgå i et team af to personer, som rapporterer direkte til Chief Operating Officer.

Stillingen er ledig til øjeblikkelig tiltrædelse.

  • Masterdatahåndtering: Sikre nøjagtighed og integritet i vores stamdata for produkter, leverandører og lagerbeholdning.
  • Indkøbsplanlægning og ordreoprettelse: Oprette og koordinere indkøbsordrer baseret på salgsprognoser, lagerstatus og forsyningsbehov i tæt samarbejde med interne afdelinger. Samarbejde med salgsafdelingen for at optimere lagerbeholdning i forhold til forecasts og sæsonudsving.
  • Leveringsopfølgning og koordinering af leverancer: Overvåge og opdatere leveringstider, planlægge og optimere vareleverancer samt sikre tæt kommunikation og koordinering med leverandører, speditører og vores 3PL-partner for at minimere forsinkelser og sikre en gnidningsfri logistikproces. Sikre tæt dialog med 3PL-lageret om varemodtagelse, lagerniveauer og distribution.
  • International handel og import: Proxy arbejder med import fra Fjernøsten, hvilket kræver kendskab til toldprocedurer, lead times og internationale speditører. Erfaring med international handel, særligt fra Fjernøsten, og forståelse for fragtplanlægning er en fordel.
  • Lager- og logistikrapportering: Udarbejde analyser og rapporter om lagerbeholdning, leveringsperformance og supply chain-effektivitet.
  • Indkøbsbogføring: Registrere og bogføre indkøb i vores systemer for at sikre et korrekt finansielt overblik.
  • Optimering af supply chain-processer: Identificere og implementere forbedringer i vores forsyningskæde for at reducere omkostninger og leveringstider.
  • Ad-hoc opgaver: Deltage i projekter og initiativer, der bidrager til en mere effektiv og strømlinet supply chain.
