Recruitment Specialist

We are in an exciting phase of building the P&O organization and this includes finding the right recruitment colleagues to support the leaders on their recruitment needs in Denmark. Therefore, we are seeking a dedicated and talented professional to join our team and contribute to our mission of attracting and retaining diverse talents for Novonesis.

What does your new team look like?
The recruitment team in Denmark consists of 5 people; 2 Senior Recruitment Specialists, 2 Recruitment Specialists, a Recruitment Supporter and a Training Lead. The team is a great mix of divers people, personalities and backgrounds - and it’s characterized by high professionalism, a genuine interest in each other, and having fun.

We are a fairly new established team that is working together on the recruitment agenda in Denmark. We collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team, one of our most important stakeholders. Therefore, you will also take part in defining ways of working across the recruitment and TA teams, while contributing to our cross-functional collaboration in P&O Denmark.

What would your role look like?
You will be the recruitment expert advising the business on recruitments including ensuring an efficient process flow and a positive candidate experience.

In this role you will support managers and being hands‐on in the full recruitment process, from system support to final offer. In the recruitment team we support recruitments from Trainees to Senior Specialist level and depending on the recruitment we offer different services. So you can expect a broad role with a need for you to adapt to the specific case.

Some of your key tasks will include:

  • Collaborating with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and plan the recruitment process.
  • General ATS (applicant tracking systems) support and guidance to managers.
  • Participate in second interviews when needed, offering valuable input during these interviews by providing feedback based on OPQ personality assessments.
  • Advise on employment conditions
  • Ensuring a positive candidate experience from the initial contact through to successful onboarding.

You will be recruiting on all our Danish sites, but mainly Lyngby, Bagsværd, Fuglebakken and Kalundborg. Your primary location will be at our HQ in Lyngby.

To succeed you must bring:

  • Some years of hands-on experience with recruitment from en internal role.
  • Experience in conducting interviews based on a personality assessment (e.g. OPQ32).
  • Proficiency in English and Danish, both verbal and written (English is our corporate language).
  • Experience working in an ATS (preferably Workday).
  • It is an advantage if you are certified in the assessment tool OPQ32 (SHL).
  • Knowledge about Collective agreements and Salaried Employees act (advantageous).

You will be working closely with hiring managers in securing a smooth and efficient hiring process and therefore you must have strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders.

As a person you set high standards for candidate- and customer experience and you ensure this by working in a structured and organized manner, taking pride in completion and follow-up.
