About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Ethics & Compliance Counsel to join our Business Ethics Compliance Office (BECO) team at Novo Nordisk. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in championing ethics, integrity, and responsibility across our growing business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic and operational advice on ethics and compliance matters to our business areas, including risk identification and mitigation, training and awareness, communication and collaboration, and solutions and problem-solving.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to elevate awareness and understanding of ethical and compliance protocols across the organization.
  • Build trusted relationships with our business partners to drive innovation, improvement, and awareness of ethics and compliance standards.
  • Proactively identify, analyze, and resolve complex challenges and opportunities within our business areas from an ethics and compliance perspective.
Requirements
  • A master's degree in law, business, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience working within ethics and compliance in a complex regulatory environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, biotech, or consultancy sectors.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in both written and verbal English.
  • A strong foundation in agile thinking, with the ability to adapt swiftly to evolving circumstances and foster a culture of innovation.
  • A keen business acumen, enabling you to navigate complex commercial landscapes and make informed decisions that align with our ethics and compliance standards.
