Director, Quality Strategy and Operations Lead for Global Quality

Fujifilm Diosynth Biotechnologies is seeking a strategic and proactive Director, Quality Strategy and Operations to enhance the effectiveness of our quality strategy.
This role will work closely with the Vice President of Global Quality to synthesize complex information into compelling presentations, provide strategic insights, and oversee the execution of quality strategies.
Job DescriptionWe are looking for an exceptional leader who can serve as a liaison between the global quality VP and internal/external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will facilitate alignment across teams by ensuring clear and efficient communication, networking effectively, and supporting the building of the global quality team.
The Director will provide strategic insights and recommendations to the global quality VP based on analysis of data and internal performance metrics. They will assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement and innovation and oversee the execution of strategy.
Responsibilities- Serve as a liaison between the global quality VP and internal/external stakeholders, translating the quality vision and goals into actionable directives.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to the global quality VP based on analysis of data and internal performance metrics.
- Monitor and track progress on tasks and projects initiated by the global quality VP, coordinating with relevant teams to ensure timely completion.
- Transform information, data, and project updates into concise and impactful presentations.
- Masters degree in Life Sciences, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managerial roles, supporting the execution of strategies.
- Background in Quality (QC/QA) within the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry.
- Requires a high degree of decisiveness and prioritization to resolve complex issues and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Operates with significant autonomy, making informed decisions and providing strategic recommendations with minimal supervision.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
