About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Marketing professional to fill the role of Manager, Marketing Strategy. This position requires a strong background in marketing, preferably within a consumer and/or retail-oriented business, ideally in luxury, fashion, or jewelry industry.

The ideal candidate will possess a demonstrated strong project management background, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership. You will also be expected to demonstrate analytical skills, translate data into actionable insights, and provide recommendations.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Marketing Strategy and CMO Office Director in creating structure and focus around the CMO office agenda and strategy.
  • Develop recommendations for action and maintain an overall timeline of priorities.
  • Lead and support special projects spanning across functions within marketing and beyond.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve common business goals.
  • Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving organizational health.
