About the Role
Novo Nordisk A/S is seeking a skilled Integration Senior Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving Post Merger Integration projects and ensuring the successful integration of acquired sites into our processes and capabilities.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of a global Production Support Integration work package, including underlying projects in Denmark and on-site collaborations with stakeholders.
- Plan and govern workshops, facilitating key stakeholder interactions and ongoing planning and prioritization of activities.
- Ensure local and global engagement through change management and apply change management principles in project planning.
- IDentify and update work package risks related to Post Merger Integration.
About You
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in science, engineering, business, or similar.
- 10 years of relevant experience in project management.
- Knowledge in processes/capabilities within production support (advantageous if have experience from pharmaceutical industry, production sites, or Novo Nordisk).
- Good diagnostic, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to think strategically and translate business strategies into tangible actions.
- Fluent verbal and written English communication skills.
