The position
You will be part of "AM Brownfield Site Integration", a newly established unit in Product Supply Aseptic Manufacturing (PS AM). The unit aims to maximize production capacities at the acquired Catalent sites; integrate them into Novo Nordisk, aligning with the PS AM operating model and set the strategic direction for the integration program. Overall, you will be responsible for leading the integration of processes and capabilities related to Aseptic Production & QC at the three Catalent sites to ensure transformation to the target operating model. This entails building a global AP & QC Integration work package including underlying workstreams and projects in DK and on sites in close collaboration with the work package owner.

Your focus will be on:

  1. Post Merger Integration: Building a global AP & QC Integration work package including underlying workstreams and projects in DK and on sites in close collaboration with the work package owner, and thereby integrate the acquired sites into processes and capabilities related to:

- Aseptic production including EM & support
- AP new product introduction
- Microbiology and chemical QC including offline process control

  1. Work package planning & governance: Setup above work package through planning workshops and continuous interaction with key stakeholders. Furthermore, facilitate and lead ongoing planning and prioritization activities and ensure communication of changes and the current version of the plan. Ensure close collaboration with Program Manager and Program planner to anchor updates in a Schedule/Planning system. Finally, ensure close collaboration and sparring with Site Integration lead and teams, including training and onboarding of changes.
  2. Change management: Ensure local and global engagement by conducting change management and applying change management principles in the project planning.
  3. Risk management: Identify and update work package risks in relation to Post Merger Integration.

You will work closely with the Program Manager, Program planner, Workstream owners & drivers, Integration leads at the acquired production sites and the rest of AM Brownfield Site Integration. Bear in mind that you will be part of a newly established organization, where we are still discussing and defining roles & responsibilities. This means that you will need to have a somewhat flexible mindset regarding the areas of responsibilities. As the organization grows, some areas of responsibilities may be adjusted or shared with other colleagues to balance the workload.

Qualifications
To be a successful candidate, you:

  • Have extensive and at least 10 years of experience within (strategic) project management.
  • Hold a MS or bachelor's degree in science, engineering or business.
  • Have at least 5 years of experience in processes and capabilities related to AP & QC.
  • Possess knowledge and insights in a pharmaceutical production site, preferably from Novo Nordisk.
  • Have good diagnostic, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Can think strategically and translate business strategies into tangible actions.
  • Are fluent in verbal and written English.
  • Can work in different cultures and be an ambassador for Novo Nordisk values.
