The Thewaternetwork Sustainable WASH Innovation Hub is seeking a consultant to develop a scaling strategy for WASH innovation. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the acceleration and scaling of transformational innovations in the Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) sector.

As a consultant, you will be responsible for:

  1. Consolidating and documenting the current approach to scaling in the WASH Hub
  2. Reviewing this approach in light of available best practice and developing an overarching Scaling Strategy for the WASH Hub
  3. Developing templates for scaling pathways, identifying key elements of the pathway that need to be addressed
  4. Providing case studies using two of the current portfolio solutions demonstrating the pathway to scale for each project solution

We require a candidate with a strong background in WASH, entrepreneurship, business administration, or strategic management, and experience in strategy development, knowledge management, and strategic planning. Fluency in English and knowledge of another official UN language are also essential. If you are interested in making a difference in the WASH sector, we encourage you to apply.
