System Manager, Regulatory Systems Management, Veeva RIM
About the Role:At Genmab, we're committed to building an innovative future for our patients by developing groundbreaking antibody products and pioneering therapies for cancer treatment. We're seeking a skilled System Manager to join our Digital Systems Management team and contribute to the development, maintenance, and operation of our enterprise electronic document management system (EDMS), GenDocs.
GenDocs is a global IT system based on the Veeva Vault cloud platform, supporting daily operations in our dynamic and expanding R&D organization. As a System Manager, you will work closely with our line of business departments to understand their needs and bridge them to optimized systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement new IT functions and features in the systems to improve and optimize business processes, particularly in regulatory systems management.
- Act as a functional lead, contributing to the configuration and development of systems with SMEs from line of business, vendors, and our team.
- Collaborate with line of business departments to handle requests, questions, or needs for help.
- Participate in the resolution of daily issues and incidents from users of the systems.
- Continue to improve procedures, work instructions, templates, and other tools to optimize systems and related processes.
- Participate in future Veeva Vault projects as a functional lead or project manager.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Life Science, IT, or Engineering.
- At least 5-8 years of work experience from the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, with 3-5 years in a similar role as system manager.
- Practical work experience with EDMS systems, preferably Veeva Vault administrator and platform certification.
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of GxP systems, GAMP, IT validation, and test management.
