Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Regulatory Risk Manager to join our team as a Strategic Compliance Lead. As part of this role, you will be responsible for managing two subject matter experts in the Global Speak Up Team, investigating suspicious activities and handling concerns reported under our global Whistleblower programme.

You will work closely with senior management to assess and address significant regulatory risks associated with investigations, monitor changes to the Whistleblower regulations in the countries we operate in, and contribute to the development of our global Whistleblower programme covering more than 35 countries.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead two subject matter experts in the Global Speak Up Team
  • Investigate suspicious activities and handle concerns reported under our global Whistleblower programme
  • Collaborate with senior management to identify and mitigate significant regulatory risks
  • Stay up-to-date on changes to Whistleblower regulations across various jurisdictions
  • Contribute to the evolution of our global Whistleblower programme
  • Continuously improve investigation processes and tools to ensure high-quality outcomes

We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated base salary of approximately **€85,000** per year, plus additional benefits such as comprehensive health insurance, retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off.
