We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Advisor to join our team at GANNI. As a key member of our sales floor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences, driving sales growth, and fostering a positive and inclusive store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Exceptional Client Experiences: Ensure that every client interaction is personalized, engaging, and exceeds their expectations.
  2. Outstanding Styling Sessions: Provide expert styling advice, showcasing our latest collections and trends.
  3. Loyalty and Community Building: Establish strong relationships with clients, encouraging repeat business and loyalty.
  4. Footfall and Outreach: Develop and implement effective strategies to drive foot traffic to the store and foster a sense of community among clients.
  5. KPIs and Results-Driven Environment: Strive to meet and exceed KPI targets, maintaining a high-performing and results-driven store environment.
About You

We are looking for a true ambassador of GANNI's values, with a passion for fashion, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales and customer service.

Requirements
  • Background: At least 2 years of experience in a similar industry or role.
  • Sales and Customer Service: Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Omnichannel Understanding: Knowledge of omnichannel retail principles and practices.
  • Authenticity and Accountability: Strong sense of authenticity, accountability, and responsibility.
